Please apply a liberal coating of Lanotec to interiors of all tubes.
To avoid damage assemble on a drop sheet or similar. Lay
side panel with hem facing up. |

Thread tubes E and D
through the webbing loops. Ensure threaded holes on tube E
are facing up. |

Join tubes E and D with
screws N. Leave screws loose. |

Join tubes A, B
and C with plastic joiners
K. Ensure angled end of tube B is
parallel with tube E and the cradle
on joiners are facing up. |

Join both sections to form side frame with screws N.
Now tighten all screws - do not over tighten as this will risk
stripping threads. |

Attach Velcro tabs to complete side panel. |

Repeat process to complete opposite side |

Attach gussets to each end of tube
F, it is important to leave
screws loose! |

Have a friend stand sides in place while you join tube
F. Leave all
screws loose until all have threaded.
Thread zip tie through eyelets and fix to tube E
passing zip tie through small gap at top of gusset. |

Join tube H between
side frames ensuring knobs are facing out. Again do not over
tighten screws. |

Thread tube I through the webbing loops
in panel Q and attach ensuring hem is facing
in. |

Fasten the Velcro tabs to
tube H. |

Attach zip ties to corners of panel Q -
do not over tighten.
At this point you may wish to place
your cubbyhose in position over your filtration equipment.
Attach to wall by screwing or bolting through hole in gussets.
Take care not to force frame out of square when fixing. |

Place both tubes G into
cradles provided. |

Attach fabric cover along top rear edge, then evenly tension
shock cord to the outer 2 knobs and the middle 2 knobs. The
other 2 knobs are for taking up slack as the shock cord ages.
